We also took a trip to Home Depot1/19 and Hobby Lobby 1/20. She did great and was very interested in what is going on around her but was quiet and calm.
Yes we are lucky it is warmer outside so we can enjoy the outside seating at different places. I plan to continue to take her out and about around town to dog friendly places. We worked on walk a little today out front of our house in our cul de sac. Maybe the almond orchard isn't such a great place to take her. I am not sure I could keep the dropped almonds out of her mouth. I will be able to work with her at the local park and our church field when she is a little older. We have tons of parks around town and they aren't strict about leashes but I am a little hesitant since she is not fully vaccinated at this point.
Fully vaccinated? Her system is way over 10 weeks old so with her early vaccinations she can certainly go 'out n about' in the real world. Wait until her she is fully vaccinated at 4 months and puppy hood is over and done.
That tiny window of time, from 8 weeks old to 16 weeks old, of only 8 weeks of time. forever closes at 16 weeks old.

Fortunately, you are in CA where outside temps are comfortable. Here in Central Utah, the low this morning was 18 and the high is 39.
